Frequently Asked Questions

Can my FAQ's have a transparent background?
Yes! Just delete the hex color (Example: "ffffff") from the Background Color Field and it will be transparent, just like this module you are reading right now.
Why don't you have an OPEN state color option for the answer?

We want the answer section to be as flexible as possible for you. You can choose a color for it's default state but it's hidden by default. Also, because it is a Rich Text module, you can technically use any type of text (Header or Paragraph), lists (bullets, numbers), images or even video embeds (through code editor) for your answer content. You can even change styles with the inline editor. We think that makes for a more "ultimate" experience!

Can I choose what default state my FAQ starts in?
No, the default state of all FAQ's is CLOSED.
How can I change the font (typography) of my FAQ Module?
Our module is set to automatically inherit the font styles of whatever base stylesheet to template the page you insert it on is using. If you'd like to change it, please look at whatever stylesheet or template you're using first, as no custom font's are installed in this module and that's not where you should edit it.
Can I use more than one on my site?
Yes, you can add as many FAQ modules as you need on any of your HubSpot web pages.
What if I need support?

Can I use this module in more than one portal?
Yes, but ONLY IF you purchase a new module for EACH portal you use it on. This is just the standard requirement of all modules on the HubSpot Marketplace. Attempts to transfer or copy code are tracked within the system and any offending HubSpot portal could be suspended or shut down as a result.
Can I change the arrow icon?
The arrow icon is set as a default and is not editable in the main page editor. That said, we've installed Font-awesome 4.7 in the module and if you would like to use a different icon, it would be possible for a developer to update it to a different icon in Design Manager. The class to make the change on is the ".question:
